The main missions of the role are to:

- Responsible for demand planning, daily PO management, reception control, payment validation and vendor evaluation.

- Responsible for logistics both for raw material pick ups and finished product  transportation.        

- Actively monitor the PO status , tracking the delivery to ensure sustainability of the production line

- Monitoring inventory level to avoid overbuy or short buy.

- Actively involve in new style quotation.

- Skillfully negotiate conditions with suppliers (prices, conditions, payment terms, etc.)

- Responsible for liaison/negotiation with suppliers for claims when there is quality issue or variance from PO for replacement or reimbursement.

- Advice on customs regulation for imported goods            


The ideal candidate will have/be:

Experience minimum 3-5 years in a similar position, from textile industry;

Good knowledge of custom rules or regulations

Good time management skills and can handle multiple tasks.

Good excel skills and willing to learn attitude

Fast react, Self-driven, pay attention to detail.

Very good understanding for the process flow in production with business mentality

Hands on profile, correctitude and flexibility, hard working and respect deadline;

Strategical thinking, proactive, efficient;

Proficiency in English, having a good expertise in using an ERP;

Proactivity result and client-oriented person, business-driven person;
