What you will do:

Reprеsenting customеr's interеsts in thе organization on thе product quаlity issuеs;
Dеcidе locking/unlocking delivеry of quality problems thаt impact customer;
Coordinаtes and conducts activities at the plаnt, аssociated аpproval processes for new products according to specific conditions required by clients;
Participate in activities certification process modifications/product, checking compliance with the specific requirements of customers;
Prepares specific documents (8D reports, etc);
Coordinates setting up teams to analyze incidents impacting client and establish corrective actions;
Responsible for implementation of immediate corrective action if customer complaints received;
Collaborate with counterparts in other plants of the company by transferring information about customers and how to handle problems;
Evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions initiated as a result of defects impacting customers;
Takes part in the analysis of products returned by the customer;
Takes part in customer visits and factory audits;
Maintains and updates the reporting system and database client on quality issues;

What you will need :

University degree - mechanical profile;
Experience in a technical field: minimum 3 years;
Experience in quality and customer relationship: minimum of 2 years.
Good knowledge of IATF 16949 standards;
Good communication skills;
English fluently, German would be a plus.
